|Elegant Entrance Decor - designed and created by Sue Bowler CBA|
I have been designing and creating wedding decor for many years. When I exhibited at my first wedding fair I made some very silly errors. Rather than working with an elegant and fairly neutral colour palette to create my display decor, I overwhelmed my potential clients with every balloon colour that Qualatex offered, which as you can imagine did not make for a very pretty display!
If you would like any tips on how to prepare for Wedding Fairs I have written 3 blogs on the subject:
I am no expert, but here are a few tips
Wedding Fairs for Event Decorators...the preparation.
Wedding Fair Decor and how my day went!
A few years ago I wrote a series of courses know as The Complete Wedding Series 1 and 2. The courses explore all the opportunities for a balloon artist to create every brides dream... the perfect wedding day! These courses are primarily taught in the UK but they are occasional taught in other European countries. To find out more about these 2 courses and the locations that they are being taught at visit www.thequalatexevent.com website.
Today I would like to share with you a short DVD clip that I have made that shows a range of wedding designs, some of the designs were created for the Conwin catalogues when I was working as part of the Conwin Design Team, some of the designs are from the Complete Wedding Series plus I have added in a few of my favourites too!
One of my passions when designing wedding decor is to create displays that are truly elegant. I love to introduce colour especially bold colours as an accent detail rather than focal point, which you will see in many of my designs!
I hope you enjoy my Wedding Album!
