For as long as I can remember, "Stuffing Balloons" have always been a great balloon selling option for balloon and party stores. Not only do you sell a balloon, but also the gift inside!
As with all trends, stuffing balloons have had their surges of popularity and flat sales. Over the past few years I have noticed that they have become increasingly more sought-after with holiday events such as Easter and Christmas, primarily with the sale of "Elf" balloons on the 1st December for Christmas, and Easter bunnies with chocolates concealed inside for Eater gifts!

The easiest way to make a stuffing balloon is to use a stuffing machine such as the Super Stuffer. These machines are specifically designed for retailers to create these "Wow" factor gifts inside a balloon! I believe that there are other stuffing machines available, simply check with your balloon suppliers.
Qualatex® manufactures 18" latex balloons specifically for these machines, which includes both plain and printed designs suitable for a range of different occasions! Here are a selection of some of the designs available in the 18" stuffing balloons. To see the full range click HERE.
Check out Instagram for some great design ideas! One of my personal favourites is a company called We Surprise in Perth, Australia. They have some truly beautiful #stuffingballoons or #popgiftballoons as they also call them... I think I definitely prefer that name 😀
If you would like to learn how to use a Super Stuffer, check out the BMTV video below that features Mark Drury, who shows you how to use the Super Stuffer and demonstrates some great design ideas too!
Happy Ballooning!
